Jo is responsible for care and support services across the group. This includes supported living, registered care, day services and domiciliary care. She has extensive experience in the housing and care sector, and is passionate about ensuring everyone has an opportunity to live the life they want to live.

"My team of around 20 people - including senior housing officers, a development worker, project staff, and administrative and monitoring support - manage and develop all our supported housing projects. We also manage various projects with partner agencies, and provide intensive housing management to supported living schemes for people with learning disabilities and people with mental health needs."
