We know that moving house later in life can be difficult. We provide housing linked to care and support and extra care homes that meet a range of needs, designed to make the change easier for older people across the East Midlands.

Everything we do for older people aims to enhance independence and improve quality of life. We also provide access to social activities, well-being services and financial advice.
